01 About the Website

• The Website is an informational and promotional platform showcasing The Bhukkad Café brand, its menus, outlets and franchise opportunities.
• The Website does not offer online ordering, payment processing or e-commerce. Any food orders are placed directly with outlets or through third-party delivery platforms, which are governed by their own terms.
• Menu items, images, descriptions, pricing and outlet information are provided for general guidance only, may vary by outlet, and are subject to change without notice.

02 Eligibility and Acceptable Use

• You must be at least 18 years old (or use the Website under the supervision of a responsible adult) to submit information through our forms.
• You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of the Website by, any third party.
• You must not misuse the Website, including by introducing malware, attempting unauthorised access, data scraping, or engaging in any activity that violates the UAE Cybercrimes Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021) or other applicable law.

03 Franchise Enquiries — No Offer or Contract

• Information about franchising on the Website is provided for general information only and does not constitute an offer, an invitation to treat, or any commitment to grant a franchise.
• Submitting a franchise enquiry does not create any franchise, agency, partnership or contractual relationship. Any franchise relationship is subject to separate due diligence, approval, and the execution of a formal written franchise agreement with the Operator.
• You should not rely on any statement on the Website as a representation or warranty regarding business performance, returns or profitability.

04 Intellectual Property

• All content on the Website — including the name and mark “The Bhukkad Café”, logos, trade dress, designs, text, graphics, images, menus and layout (collectively, the “Content”) — is owned by the Operator and/or its licensors and is protected under the UAE Trademark Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 36 of 2021), copyright law and other applicable laws.
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or create derivative works from the Content, or use any of our trademarks or trade dress, without our prior written consent.

05 User Submissions

• Any information you submit (for example, through enquiry or subscription forms) must be accurate, lawful and must not infringe any third-party rights.
• By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for the purpose of responding to and processing your request and operating our business, subject to our Privacy Policy.

06 Third-Party Links

• The Website contains links to third-party sites and platforms, including Google Business pages and our social media profiles (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook). These links are provided for convenience only.
• We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products or practices of third-party sites. You access them at your own risk and subject to their terms.

• The Website and its Content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any information on it is accurate, complete or current. Menu, ingredient, allergen, nutrition, pricing and AI Assistant information is subject to Section 08, and you should always confirm allergen and ingredient information directly with the relevant outlet before ordering.

08 Menu Information, Allergens, Nutrition and AI Assistant

• Menu descriptions, photographs, prices, ingredient lists, allergen and nutrition information, audio dish descriptions and the automated dish assistant on the Website (the “AI Assistant”) are provided for general guidance only. They are prepared in good faith from standard recipes but are not a statement of what will be served on any given day. Nutrition figures (including calories and macronutrients) are calculated averages based on standard recipes and typical portion sizes; actual values will vary with preparation, ingredients and serving size.
• Dishes actually served may differ from the information on the Website: recipes evolve, ingredients and suppliers change, seasonal substitutions occur, and preparation varies between outlets. Outlets are owned and operated by independent franchisees, and the dish served at an outlet is determined solely at the outlet.
• Kitchens at The Bhukkad Café outlets handle all major allergens, and cross-contact between ingredients cannot be excluded; no dish can be guaranteed to be free of any allergen. You must not rely on the Website (including the AI Assistant) when making allergy or dietary decisions. If you have an allergy or intolerance — in particular a severe allergy — always inform outlet staff before ordering and do not order on the basis of Website or AI Assistant information alone; the confirmation given by staff at the outlet prevails over any information on the Website.
• The AI Assistant is an automated system. Its responses are generated by software, may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, do not constitute representations, warranties or advice (including medical or dietary advice) by us or by the franchisee operating any outlet, and create no contractual commitment of any kind. Please do not enter sensitive personal or health information into the AI Assistant beyond what is needed to ask your question; any information you do submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Because the Website provides general guidance only, a difference between information on the Website (including AI Assistant responses and ingredient, allergen or nutrition information) and the dish actually served is not, of itself, a defect in the dish or a fault or breach by the outlet, the franchisee that operates it, or us. This does not affect your statutory rights: complaints and refunds relating to a dish are handled by the outlet that served it, in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection law (including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) and the outlet’s policies.
• Prices shown on the Website are indicative only and may not reflect current pricing at outlets or on third-party delivery platforms. The price displayed at the outlet, or on the relevant delivery platform, at the time of ordering prevails; an obvious pricing error on the Website is not an offer to sell at that price.
• Dish information shown on third-party delivery platforms is published subject to those platforms’ own terms and may differ from the information on the Website.
• The AI Assistant is not directed at children. Allergy and dietary decisions for minors must be made by a responsible adult in consultation with outlet staff.
• Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.

09 Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, the Operator, its affiliates, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Website.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.

10 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator and its affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

11 Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12 Changes to the Website and Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Website (or any part of it) and may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13 Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law.

14 General

• Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
• Waiver: our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment: we may assign these Terms to a successor or affiliate; you may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
• Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website.

15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. You agree that the Dubai Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website.
